Services

Sourcing guidance built around your practice.

We help practices evaluate sourcing options, improve pricing visibility, and connect with potentially relevant partners—without adding another consulting bill.

01

Pharmaceutical Sourcing Guidance

Clear, practical direction on where and how your practice may source the products it relies on.

Sourcing can be fragmented and difficult to evaluate from the inside of a busy practice. We take the time to understand your product mix, volumes, and priorities, then help you understand which sourcing avenues may be relevant—so your team spends less time researching and more time running the practice.

What this can mean for your practice

  • Less time spent researching vendors
  • A clearer view of relevant options
  • Guidance tailored to your practice type
02

Pricing Comparisons and Cost Analysis

Side-by-side visibility into available pricing so you can evaluate potential cost efficiencies.

We help you compare available pricing structures using relevant, comparable information—accounting for factors like product, volume, and terms where information is available. The goal is pricing visibility: understanding where your current arrangement stands and whether a more competitive option may exist. Any savings depend on your specific circumstances and are never guaranteed.

What this can mean for your practice

  • Improved pricing visibility
  • Like-for-like comparisons where available
  • Better-informed purchasing conversations

503A and 503B Sourcing Guidance

Plain-language context on the differences between 503A pharmacies and FDA-registered 503B outsourcing facilities.

503A compounding pharmacies generally compound medications based on patient-specific prescriptions, while 503B outsourcing facilities are registered with the FDA, may compound without patient-specific prescriptions, and are subject to current good manufacturing practice (cGMP) requirements. Compounded medications—whether from a 503A pharmacy or a 503B facility—are not FDA-approved, and not every product can lawfully be compounded or is available through every channel. We help you understand these distinctions so you can ask the right questions; final determinations rest with your practice, its licensed professionals, and your advisors.

What this can mean for your practice

  • A clearer understanding of each channel
  • Relevant due-diligence questions
  • Context for internal decision-making
04
